If they won't able to deliver and receive the gadgets by the due date, people who are responsible for the project will be accountable to pay the million worth of penalty. Sotto previously announced that the Pasig City government has more than P1.3 billion to purchase laptops for teachers as well as tablets for students in the city public schools.

Aside from providing gadgets, Vico added that the local government also partnered with business school Thames International to train teachers for digital learning.
