Attorney Garreth's Cross-Examination on Michelle Resulted in Lack of Evidence Against Super Tekla

On October 20, Kapuso comedian Super Tekla is in the hot seat after his partner Michelle Bana-ag accused him of forcing her to have sex with him.

In part 6 of their story in Raffy Tulfo in Action, Tekla and her former live-in partner Michelle Lhor Bana-ag have already talked and reached an agreement.

In Raffy Tulfo's last interview with Bana-ag, he said that he and Tekla have signed an agreement for their son. Tekla would have wanted to take him for the sake of their son but Bana-ag allegedly refused especially and was no longer with his relatives.

Even if Bana-ag does not continue the case, he is still determined to take a drug test and lie detector test.

Atty. Garreth requests Tulfo to Cross-Examine Michelle to determine if she is telling the truth.

After the approval of Raffy Tulfo, Atty. Garreth starts asking Michelle about the issue. He first asked if while Tekla's m4sturb4t1ng she had the opportunity to remove the child so as not to be splashed. Michelle's reply was that she did not think she would splash it to the child. And he asked so many questions about Tekla's did to her.

After the cross-examination, he talks to Tulfo that Michelle filed on Tekla was Michelle's case against Tekla is weak when she fights in court and Tekla's camp can reverse it and she will be charged.
